Verified Riders

Every rider on the platform is verified using their Ghana Card and motorcycle registration documents. Profile photos are reviewed before a rider can accept any delivery.

Escrow Payments

Funds are held securely by the platform and only released to the rider after the delivery is confirmed. You never pay until your package arrives safely.

6-Digit Confirmation Code

Every delivery includes a unique 6-digit confirmation code. The rider must enter this code to complete the delivery, ensuring the package reaches the intended recipient.

Real-Time GPS Tracking

Track your delivery on a live map from the moment it is picked up to the moment it arrives. GPS logs are recorded and stored for every delivery.

In-App Communication

Contact your rider through in-app calling and messaging. Your personal phone number is never shared with the rider, and all communication is logged.

24-Hour Dispute Window

If something goes wrong, you have 24 hours after delivery to raise a dispute. The platform reviews GPS logs, confirmation codes, and chat history to resolve every case fairly.

Reporting Issues

If something goes wrong during a delivery, PickNDrop has a clear and structured process for resolving disputes.

Raising a Dispute

Open the completed delivery in the app and select "Report an Issue." You can file a dispute within 24 hours of delivery completion. Describe the problem clearly, including any relevant details about missing or damaged items.

Platform Review

The PickNDrop support team reviews all available evidence: the rider's GPS route log, the confirmation code usage, and the full in-app chat history between customer and rider. Both parties are contacted for their account of events.

Insurance Claims

If the dispute involves item loss, damage, or theft during transit, an insurance claim is initiated automatically. Approved claims are compensated from the insurance fund up to the declared item value. Payouts are made to the customer via their original payment method.

If you feel unsafe at any point during a delivery, contact PickNDrop support immediately through the app. Use the help button on any active delivery screen to reach our team. For life-threatening emergencies, contact the Ghana Police Service or the Ghana National Ambulance Service directly.
